Don’t have several weeks to spend in a birth class? Our one-day, three-hour class walks you through childbirth, starting with the million-dollar question, “How do I know when I’m in labor?”. We also cover the stages of labor, medications and interventions, pain relief options, comfort tools, positions, relaxation techniques, breathing, pushing, the welcoming hour, and much more. We also provide you with our recommended hospital or birth center packing list, a list of comfort tools, and a birth preference sheet.
Comfort Measures

Labor of Love is a comprehensive course on supporting someone in labor. The perfect choice for those planning a medicated or unmedicated birth in any location, we give you the doula toolbag of coping techniques. The class covers laboring positions, massage, pressure points, meditation, hot and cold therapy, and movement, all to aid in the laboring person’s comfort. This class is generally for those not hiring a doula.
Feeding & Infant Care

Our Postpartum Care Specialists have worked with hundreds of families caring for their infants and will give you our wealth of knowledge, tips and tricks on feeding and newborn care. We’ll cover basics such as when to feed, latching and positioning, bottle feeding, pumping, warning signs, burping, umbilical cord care, babywearing, bathing, swaddling, pacifier use, and sleep shaping.
Postpartum Recovery

Our postpartum recovery class focuses on physical and emotional recovery during the Postpartum period .What does normal recovery look like, breast-feeding hurdles and solutions , a postpartum recovery plan for you and your partner.
